The location is great. It's in the heart of a great part of the city - very vivbrant and fun area. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is a feast! We loved it.

The room we stayed in was spacious with a fantastic view of the town center and a good-sized bathroom, plus the staff were incredibly friendly.

We travelled for 6 weeks in Europe and this was the best bang for our buck. The staff is excellent, professional and yet caring, and aware of your needs. The rooms are spacious, and the design detail is modern, refreshing, and very welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, the breakfast room is also very tastefully decorated. Agatha the "Breakfast Queen" was always smiling and very helpful with our febble attempt at Italian. The owner Ariane and her other counter staff were very helpful in arranging tours and directing us around the city. We booked for 3 days and ended up staying 6. This is a new hotel and congratulations to all those that created this masterpiece of luxury, and affordability.

Kind and knowledgeable staff. It can be seen that the hotel put a lot of attention to details; very well designed spacious rooms and breakfast room. The balcony of our room facing the main square was wonderful, relaxing, and offered a great view of Piazza Tasso! Despite the noise outside and the bustling nightlife right under our room, the room is completely soundproof, and after closing the balcony door the nightlife stays out. Everything in the hotel is still new, as the hotel opened 2 months ago. Breakfast is abundant and rich, though maybe it could be improved with some biscuits/omelettes.

location in the main square. This was the centre of Sorrento as far as i was concerned. The room was a very good size and just recently painted and decorated as the hotel had been opened only 1 month following an extensive refurbishment. Ideally suited for a short stay for a few days up to a week. No pool or bar. Although hotel is situated above a large bar/restaurant.

Depending on room location there may be some noise from the traffic although i did not experience anything
